Autosonics Autobody & Collision will ensure that the quality of the repair as well as the handling of the claim will be a pleasant experience.

In order for us to take care of everything for you, we need just a few things including:

  • Name of insurance company paying the bill
  • The Claim Number
  • Ins. Co. contact name and phone # (if you have it)

Estimates generally take about 5-10 minutes and you do not need an appointment for an estimate.

If you will need a rental car will make the arrangements for one to be available when you drop your car off.

A few items necessary when renting a car:

  • Valid drivers license – you must present this to the rental agent
  • Credit card – even if insurance is paying, rental agencies require a credit card for security.
  • Claim number – We will give it to them if we already have it so that they can direct bill the insurance company.
  • If you elect to take additional insurance coverage from the rental company, realize that the charge is “per day”, not for the duration of the rental. Also, this charge will be your responsibility, as insurance companies do not pick up additional coverage’s purchased
